Large Format Digital Print

We can print directly to most commonly used substrates such as foamex, self adhesive vinyl, banner, correx, dibond, card, foam core, window cling, rigid pvc and many more.

Durst RHO P10 160 (Printer)

The Rho P10 160 UV inkjet printer offers unrivalled media flexibility, both in size and type and productivity.  The P10 provides unrivalled print quality whilst maintaining the high level of productivity; it is capable of printing up to 100m2/h and 1000dpi and has been engineered specifically for versatility, reliability and performance.


Durst Omega2 (Printer)

The Omega2 offers fine art quality and UV-LED drying, offering a maximum print resolution of 1728dpi. Just like the P10, this machine is also versatile in providing flatbed and roll-to-roll printing. The Omega2 LED-dried inks offer perfect adhesion even to the most difficult surfaces like metal, polycarbonate and acrylic, a feature very important for sign makers and graphic artist working in advertising and beyond.


HP DesignJet Z6200 (Printer)

Speed and versatility combine to offer flexibility and power in the HP DesignJet Z6200 Photo Production Printer.  Perfect for high-quality backlit signs, POP displays, roll-up banners, canvases, and more. Bond and coated paper, technical paper, film, photographic paper, proofing paper, backlit, self-adhesive, banner and sign, fabric, fine art printing material are just some of the media used on this machine making it an excellent, all round workhorse.


Mimaki CG-160 FXII (Plotter)

At 1.6 metres wide the mimaki plotter sets a world standard for multi-cutting plotters. With continuous crop mark detection and long, accurate tracking you can rest-assured knowing your print is cut exactly how it should be. It’s high plotting speed and enhanced technologies make this machine our go-to on quick turnaround jobs.


Aristo GL2032-8 (Flatbed Cutter)

A high-speed cutter with the most modern technology. ARISTO is the leading German manufacturer of multi-functional flatbed Cutters for the precise CAD/CAM processing of all non-metallic substances.  The multi-tool head offers an array of cut options including bevel cut, crease tools and high frequency oscillating blades. The possibility of combining the tools provides a high flexibility in the processing of different materials and means we’re geared up for any bespoke or complex work.


Easymount 1600SH (Laminator)

The advanced features of this machine allow us to laminate/mount printed boards and roll materials effectively and efficiently. With a maximum width of 1.6 metres we can laminate up to 10' x 5' boards and finish our roll fed prints with any laminate finish required.


RJ1612 Laser Machine (Cutter)

Often used for the intricate detailing of acrylic pieces this machine really is an incredible addition to our large format armoury, it’s superb finishing and 100% accuracy gives both us and our customer’s peace of mind.  Not limited to acrylic work this dual head laser cutting system can engrave on to all types of materials including woods, leathers, slate, and fabrics.


Hot Wire Strip Heater

Adding another dimension to your product, we can strip heat a variety of materials including Foamex and Acrylic. The dual strip clamps heat the material from above and below heating a continuos line across the substrate allowing it to form to various shapes.
